First class service and superb Jacket.
This jacket is excellent value and very soft leather. The customer service is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT with the phone being answered immediately and an extremely helpful lady named Diane giving you help to get the correct size. They ask for height, and circumference of abdomen to get the correct fit. Nothing is too much trouble and the jacket is superb.
