Eczema Association Approved & Dermatologist Recommended
I get my arms waxed and I’ve also been struggling with some razor bumps on other areas where I shave. I previously had been using the dove body polish and loved it at first but even though it felt gentle I felt like the heavy fragrance and thick consistency was irritating my sensitive skin and I noticed my skin actually seemed happier when I stopped using it. I knew it was still important for me to be exfoliating in between waxes though so I decided to do some research and wanted a product that was specifically recommended by dermatologists and that was good for my sensitive skin. When watching a bunch of different videos i noticed that most derms recommend against physical exfoliants and scrubs due to the irritation they can cause and the risk of micro tears. I was ready to stop using body scrubs and switch to a chemical exfoliant like a body wash or toner but I noticed that this specific necessarie body exfoliant kept coming up in different dermatologists videos despite it being a physical exfoliant. I learned it was because it’s a physical chemical hybrid so it’s extremely gentle and a great option for in the shower exfoliation for sensitive skin. It’s also approved by the eczema association which I feel like is a pretty big deal for something exfoliating or a scrub like product. I decided to try this one over the body washes since I love the feeling that scrubs give and I like having a separate exfoliating product in the shower. I purchased the fragrance free version. I am in love with it! It’s truly fragrance free (no smell at all) and the texture is gel like but also so creamy and satisfying. It’s lathers up like a gentle foaming body wash which makes it so easy to exfoliate areas like my arms and legs. A little goes a long way and immediately after rinsing off I noticed a difference and my skin felt so smooth and soft. I cannot wait until I can I use it again. It is a little pricey but you are only meant to exfoliate once or twice a week and a little goes a long way so I feel like it will last me quite a while. Highly recommend if you are wanting something ultra general, derm recommended that’s safe for sensitive skin.

Mild yet effective exfoliation - smells like a Cali morning
Highly recommend. The exfoliation isn't harsh, the aroma level isn't too cloying. It manages mild crepe on my biceps with a once a week treatment. I am in the business and have developed a lot of exfoliators over the years that have sold in the millions so I do know a thing or two about this type of product. This one is a keeper.

gentle exfoliator
This seems like a gentle exfoliator which works great for me. I use it 3x a week and follow up with moisturizer. The first time I used it, I shed a lot of skin afterwards but now my skin feels softer and I see less dry patches. The only thing is that it can get a little messy because the granules are dark. That can be fixed by giving the shower/bath a good rinse afterwards but I can see it being challenging if you don't have a handheld showerhead.

Very nice exfoliator
This exfoliator was suggested by a licensed dermatologist. I have used it for nearly 2 weeks and it’s fantastic. The eucalypts scent is nice. Keep it in the shower and use daily. My only suggestion to the seller would be to provide a bottle top you don’t have to unscrew. Not a lot of thought went in to the packaging decision to make the user unscrew the lid to squeeze out enough product, then when you have product in the palm of one hand you have to put the lid back on without losing the exfoliator in the palm of your hand. Why not use a flip top cap?

Best body exfoliant ever!
Always my go to for a total body, light exfoliation! I use it every time I shower and love it!! This is a great, clean brand and have been a customer for years. I LOVE the eucalyptus scent, especially in a hot shower.

Terrible packaging, good product
The Exfolitor itself is great for my sensitive skin, However the packaging is really bad and I can see why many people were not happy with this product. I bought this to help with ingrown hairs on my legs. I found that using washcloth with hot water and rubbing on each calf and then pour about a nickel size of product into my hands works very well and less product is used, the only problem is I too often forget to do this before I get in the shower. I love the exfoliator and it works similar to the Coconut exfoliator that was sold by the Body Shop, that store having to close down has made my life uncomfortable because I used so many of their products for sensitive skin. I'm on the fence about repurchasing.
