Good all-round
Bought to use as general-purpose laptop headphones at home. Good over-ear neckband headphones are difficult to find these days, and these haven't disappointed. Switching from wired headphones, the Bluetooth has been a revelation. Some reviews have complained about the lack of signal integrity, but I was able to wear them into another room without any interruption. No more snagged wires! I've had no issues at all with the battery so far. Out of the box, I tried to use them while charging, which they didn't like, but as long as they're either being used or charged, no problems. It claims to be able to last all day and, while I wouldn't wear/use them all day, they've been able to go for several days without charging. I turn them off when I'm not wearing them, which definitely helps! I love that they fold. Easy to stack away overnight, and they come with a velvet-style carry bag which makes them easy to carry in a bag. I'm no audiophile - I find the sound quality OK. Not super-high fidelity, but you wouldn't expect it at this price point and good enough is good enough. The comfort is similar to other over-ear headphones I've used: good, but I wouldn't want to wear them all day. Overall an excellent product, particularly given the price range.

Great product, given the price
I wanted cordless headphones but being conscious of price, opted for the Kinivo BTH240 Bluetooth headphones in white. The pros: - the headphones connect pretty easily to my iPhone - they are lightweight but stay securely on, even when I am running - the sound quality is decent. It's not amazing but over bluetooth, and considering I mostly listen to podcasts, it does an absolutely fine job - the battery lasts quite a while, and I use them constantly - I can leave my phone on charge and go about 4/5 metres away (or through 1 thin wall) and have no loss - basically so long as you are in the same room, or just outside the door of the room; it's fine The cons: - Noise cancellation is non-existent (Though I didn't expect any) so this means that when walking along a busy street, the traffic can drown out what I'm listening to. If you're at home, in the gym, on a quiet street; no problem, but if you are going to listen while commuting in heavy traffic, or some other loud environment, you will have to give up listening until you're in a quieter spot - Annoyingly, when listening on the headphones, and a call comes in, the call is sometimes routed to the phone, sometimes to the headphones, necessitating that I spend the first few seconds of every call checking if I can be heard, and fixing the source on the phone - As with probably a lot (or all?) bluetooth headphones, if I am watching a video on my phone, the lag between the image and the sound can be distracting Overall; I am very pleased with this product and I would certainly recommend it to anyone seeking a budget option for cordless earphones. If you have some more money to spend, and high quality audio is a priority for you, maybe look elsewhere but for the average user, these headphones certainly do the job.

I got these headphones after my old bluetooth ones broke, and I was a bit skeptical at first, mostly due to their design (usually headphones of this type tend to make my ears hurt and they leak sound everywhere) — but I was pleasantly surprised! Regarding sound-leakage, I have noticed some, but only when the volume is really high; and even then, the leakage is basically unnoticeable by anyone standing on more than arm's length distance. I personally hate headphones that leak out my music with a passion, so this fact alone would earn these ones five stars from me. As far as design goes, I found them really comfortable to wear. However, my head is apparently much smaller than I thought, because there's plenty of space between the headphones and the back of my neck, which makes it tricky (albeit not impossible) to listen to music while lying on my back (and as a writer who often finds her inspiration in staring at the ceiling with music in her ears, I do that a lot). I also have small ears, so the headphones basically cover them, which I find to be a good thing. The sound of the buttons took a bit of getting used to, because it felt really loud and plastic-y at first. I've had it for a few weeks now, though, and I don't even notice it anymore. The overall design is nice too, although they feel pretty fragile — they might not be the thing for you if you're prone to throwing your headphones on your desk/bed or dropping them (although my roommate did drop mine once, and nothing happened to them). All in all, very good headphones with very good sound, so far of more than good quality (especially considering their price). A bit tricky design for people with smaller heads/thinner necks, but not deal-breakingly so. The battery is great too; I use them basically every day, on my way to work, during work and after work, and the battery feels like it can hold for way more than 8-10 expected hours.

I love them! I have a smaller head and I was worried that they wouldn't fit but they fit perfectly. I also wear a pony tail while I run so it keeps it still as well. I LOVE that you can change the volume and songs with a quick touch of a button instead of fiddling around with my phone. The battery lasts an impressive amount of time before it dies. I would recommend for runners like me who can't stand having something in their ears. If I could change anything I would make them a little smaller for anyone who has a small (or smaller) head. But I'm very happy with this product. Good quality with a great price.

UPDATE 2023 October: These are still going after years of use and the audio quality is still much better and louder than other pricey brands I have bought since then. Battery still lasts super long. The ear pad plastic is peeling slightly, but to be expected after years of use! Tired of buying so-called high end brands that die after 6 months with the company not honouring their warranties and making excuses. This is still a gem. Am getting several more now and handing them out to family...and one new one for me. Absolutely fantastic headphones. Fit well on my and wife's head/ears - although pinches a little on the back of my ears after a little while, but I have a bigger head I guess. Pads are small and soft. No pressure after wearing for extended period of time. Buttons are clear and easy to use on the one earpiece. Folds up nicely to put away afterwards. Charging port cover is a little flimsy / cheap, but not a big deal. For me this is a "who cares" detail, but for someone else may be important. And the most important aspects: Sound quality > fantastic. Really quite a sold range, depth and quality. Something I would have expected from a much more expensive set of headphones like my AudioFly headset. Battery life > phenomenal. I just keeps going for hours and hours. Pleasentaly surprised here. Most cheap bluetooth headsets have poor battery life. Easy to pair with absolutely everything I have thrown at it. Compatible with all my devices (phones, playstation, laptops, android TV)

Good - comfortable ear-pads, good battery, excellent Bluetooth connectivity - signal wise, easy to install Bad - rubber flap flimsy and not covering the microUSB port, plastic band not soft enough to go around the cartilage of the ear

I purposely waited a significant time before leaving a review. I've been using these white Kinivo-BTH240's for 16 weeks now. I've purchased other Bluetooth earbuds before and since, and this pair is BY FAR my favorite pair! The sound quality is crisp, clean with no caffeine! Bass is actually perfect without being in noisy environments, as these are not noise-canceling. Very quick and easy to throw one ear cup off, if you need to hear something else real quick, and it doesn't go flying and break (as did a pair of wired headphones did recently). The fit of the behind the neck headband is genius as the band doesn't touch my neck at all. The only adverse aspect i can speak of is the slight sweat that accumulates under the ear cups when hot outside due to the leather-esque material on the padding. And that's a very minor issue! I prefer these to in-ear buds as i live and travel throughout New York City, and need to not have ALL of my hearing obstructed so as to be able to hear outside traffic and sounds. In the 16 weeks I've owned these i think I've charged them to full 3 times. This is my 3rd pair of Kinivo Bluetooth, and they cease to disappoint! I love them and will ABSOLUTELY replace these when needed. UPDATE: Aug. 11, 2019 After almost a year of daily use for all of my cell phone usage, I.e. YouTube videos, movies on Netflix, all of the music I listen to periodically throughout every day. Some of the buttons are beginning intermittently become unresponsive. Track forward doesn't work on the headset anymore, I've gotta unlock my phone now to go into my music app, which is a little inconvenient, but at least the sound quality of the headset is still top shelf! They still work, but they'll now be relegated to my backup pair! Update: Feb. 8, 2020: I've been still using these BTH240'S for a long while now. But a friend sent me some Powerbeats3 in-ear buds. I was excited to check out the sound quality of beats, because they're legendary as far as headphones go. I was completely disappointed with the sound quality. They sound ok, but they're definitely not studio quality! They sound like their sound is governed to project against hearing loss. But lemme make that adjustment myself. With the volume all the way up on the Powerbeats, was like having the Kinivos on at half volume! Bottom line: These Kinivos BTH240's outperformed Powerbeats3 Beats by Dre. And those were like 90 bucks! My decision has been made! I'll be buying Kinivo for the foreseeable future! These are the best headphones I've ever owned! Only downside: the phone Mic doesn't pick up sound too well. People always tell me I sound too far away. But sound quality for music is top quality!!
