Delicious matcha with great taste and texture in drinks/smoothies!
This Matcha was the best I have tasted on the market and the collagen benefits have been a great add to my health routine. I use it in all of my smoothies as well for an extra nutrient boost and my kids love it!

Copina Co. Matcha Beauty Vegan Collagen Booster Drink Blend - I didn't know what to expect
I received this Copina Co. Matcha Beauty Vegan Collagen Booster Drink Blend to evaluate and review. It arrived in excellent condition and was delivered by the promised date.I've been following a vegan diet for the past few years, so I had heard of Matcha and was somewhat familiar with some of the benefits of drinking it. I had never had any of it before, so I was eager to give this a try. I honestly did not know what to expect.Ok, so this may or may not ring a bell with you, just depending on your upbringing, but when I opened the bag, it smelled like alfalfa pellets to me. It also smelled like a hay barn. Not unpleasant, just with these familiar smells that made me think of those items. I tried this matcha more than once, and it still smelled like alfalfa pellets. It's a strange image to have to try to get out of my head while drinking this!I added this to cool water one time, and to my regular cup of hot coffee one time. It took a pretty determined effort to get it to mix well, both times. I could definitely detect the taste of the matcha in both drinks. After that, I kind of forgot about having the matcha mix here, and I didn't really miss it.I think this contains some very beneficial ingredients, but I don't think this is the way I personally would choose to get those benefits. I think that's just because it is a very different consumable to me, one that I can "take it or leave it". I really can't see me sitting around "sipping" it. That is just for me personally. If you have used matcha in the past, then this may be exactly what you would enjoy in your daily routine. I would give this a solid THREE STARS since the flavor did not win me over, it was a challenge to get it to mix well in my liquids, and it looks like it is comparably priced with other similar products for sale on Amazon, so I would say the value for the money is average when compared with other brands. This is not bad, but it isn't anything I would eagerly incorporate into my day. I hope this review is helpful.

Great taste, carefully curated ingredients and effective!
I’ve been using Matcha Beauty for a couple of years now and it’s the one thing I cannot live without! I even bring the individual packets with me when I travel. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality ingredients in a matcha beverage that also tastes great and makes a difference in your skin.

Yum!
Wish this wasn’t so expensive but in spite of that, I love this and highly recommend it.

Decent matcha for the price; main health benefit will be the biotin
I'm going to preface this by saying the highest quality matcha, ceremonial matcha, is really really expensive - maybe more than 4x as expensive as this, by weight or volume. So you know, right from the start, yes this isn't really cheap, but no, it's not nearly expensive enough to expect better quality matcha.I haven't seen scientific evidence that consuming collagen allows the body to incorporate it into your skin or hair - the body will just break it down into amino acids just like any other protein. That said, people eat all sorts of things in hopes it'll help them rejuvenate, and the placebo effect can be very real. This is no worse than any other collagen drink for those who enjoy it, so I'm actually commending this brand for providing a vegan option.I do find it strange that this drink mix contains ingredients like biotin and hyaluronic acid, which usually one sees in skin care creams, to be applied to the skin, and not consumed. And you know, cane sugar or beet sugar would have been perfectly vegan too. (I, like some others, don't really like the taste of monk fruit as a sweetener). I'd give this 4.5 stars, but rounding up since it's not using corn syrup as a sweetener.

Fine but nothing spectacular
I am a "tea aficionado" with a penchant for matcha tea lattes. I have tried several brands over the years, for what that is worth...First of all, this powder mixes well in hot water, but unfortunately it doesn't dissolve as quickly as I would prefer (for reference: I don't own a frother but if you do own one, it'll likely dissolve much faster than mine did).In terms of taste, this mix is very similar to many other matcha mixes on the market, right down to the tell-tale sickly sweetness of the commonly-used sugar substitutes (such as stevia or monk fruit.)This is a glorified matcha latte mix marketed heavily for it's skin benefits, yet it is fairly indistinguishable from cheaper alternatives available on Amazon. While I like the idea of the skin-friendly herbs added to this, I don't think they'll make a huge difference in your skin at less than half a gram per serving. The addition of biotin is great highlight--IF you happen to be growing out your hair or nails. But if you are a bonafide nail biter with short hair (like I am), then that added benefit is sadly wasted. LolI do like this drink mix/supplement, but I don't love it, mostly because the scoop/serving size is way too small...This not only causes the drink to taste weak (my biggest complaint about this product), but also you aren't really getting a very effective-sized dose of anything. This is disappointing because the ingredients are very healthy if taken in the appropriate amount. Conclusion: The only way I would pay full price for this product is if it offered twice as much product for the same price... That way, I could double the serving size to a tastier, more effective amount-- without hurting my wallet in the process. Thus, I plan to enjoy the rest of this pouch, and then replace it with a different brand when empty.3/5
