I bought this set because I needed some more vacuum storage containers and the household name and possible brand leader no longer sell them.So far the containers have worked really well. It is worth noting that the vacuum valves and pump are a different size from those of the household name so are not interchangeable but both the valves and pump supplied with this set appear to work well.If not being used on a regular basis, the containers do benefit from a top up pump on a weekly basis, in order to maintain the vacuum. Occasionally I have found that the vacuum has released over time but, in my experience, that is no different from the other brand(s). Unlike the other brand, this set also has clips on the lid, so if the vacuum does release over time, the lid stays firmly on.I have found that you can get a better seal and stronger vacuum effect by slightly moistening the seal and top of the container - just be careful not to get the contents damp.

The packaging for the product is decent, and they are stacked inside each other.The pump seems to work well, but it can be a little difficult to know how much is too much. All seems fine for me though - used to keep dry ingredients in.Not likely to buy again purely on the grounds i dont need anymore. But I do recommend them if you're in the market for some.

I find this product is very useful. As I have become ever more concerned about food waste, and doing a great deal more cooking for the freezer. These canisters often hold food safe for a few days waiting for me to get it into one or other of my freezers. Great product, which would have got 5 stars, until I took one from the fridge and dropped it. One of the fastening clips broke off. I can only assume when cold the plastic becomes more brittle.

Work really well & a lot bigger than i expected.. Can't go wrong for the price, no issues with the vacuum so far.Be aware its a hand pump and not an electric!

These work pretty well. Providing you push down on the sealing valve with the supplied pump they seem to keep their vacuum very well (well over a week and counting!)

Great just make sure the valve sits right on the lid and make sure you suck all the air out.When I want to store more than five day's I put just enough masking tap to cover the valve make sure it's sealed thank you be careful don't press down to hard that the valve moves. I add the date on the masking tape in then out cheers enjoy. Buy,

Funziona benissimo purché usato correttamente. Per togliere tutta l'aria dal contenitore bisogna azionare la pompa sino a quando, rilasciando il pistone, questo va a sbattere contro il fondo del cilindro. Inoltre si forma una depressione nel coperchio del contenitore. In questo modo, il cibo si conserva a lungo.

Evidentemente, no se consigue un vacío completo, pero cumplen perfectamente con su función.El vacío conseguido ayuda a preservar los alimentos por más tiempo, y es de un uso muy sencillo.Buena calidad en los materiales.

J'ai conservé dans la petite boîte un demi avocat ( pourtant non citronné) sans qu'il noircisse. Dans la moyenne j'ai gardé des fraises lavées en bon état pendant 48h. Les tranches de pain complet mises dans la grande boite n'ont pas moisi, ni durci. Ces trois tests m'ont convaincue de l'efficacité du produit que je vous recommande.

Están bastante bien, en alguno no ha retenido muy bien el vacío. Ahora no recuerdo cuál pq suelo usar el mediano y ese me va genial. Buena relación calidad precio.
