Tomsline Mini Pedal Tuner for Guitar Bass True Bypass

Works as described, handy in line stage tuner.

I don't know what I was doing wrong, but I could not get this to work.

Noisy, inaccurate, and annoyingly started humming after a couple of months, doesn't fully mute on bypass mode so pointless for gigs. Just don't buy it. Spend a little more and get one that is actually fit for purpose! In a market that has about a half dozen budget pedal manufacturers making great stuff out of China (Mooer, Catalin etc) it is a mystery how Tomsline still exist when everything they make is mediocre until it packs up within 6 months of use.

As the old saying goes, you pay for what you get. There are some great positives to this tuner, it is well designed & constructed, it has a fantastic display and is cheap.However - it is slow to respond when strings are plucked, it feels as though it is almost 'having a think' before giving a status in he screen. Also it doesn't silence the sound when turned on as many tuners do, it merely turns the volume down a little which although may be fine for playing at home (which I do) however is really not acceptable for playing live as it does not sound professional having the audience hear you adjusting your tuning.Personally, I would rather double the budget and hunt for a second hand Boss tuner which would be a better long - term investment in my opinion.

Easy to use and easy to read but it isn't accurate. If a guitar tuner isn't accurate then it's useless. Sorry
