Good warmer, keeps our products at just the right temp.

VERY SLOW WARM UP
It arrived with bent edges and the warmer takes well over an hour to heat up past a 140° on high setting.

No support from manufacturer.
The warmer stoped working after 2 years and I contacted Vevor to buy replacement parts and they refused to help.

Decent but Damaged
Product works pretty good however one of the racks that slides inside arrived dented/damaged. Vevor provided no help in simply sending a replacement rack, they would rather just return the whole unit. What a hassle.

Buy only that Product who have company Customer Support
The product is very shine and look good but without or poor customer service the value of product is garbage. I try to get one light bulb information form the company customer support for last 4 weeks. There is no solution. So i have to use the product as it is condition because i took bad decision to bought this product.
