Battat - Take-Apart Crane Truck – Toy vehicle assembly playset with functional battery-powered drill - Early childhood developmental skills toy for kids aged 3+

Nice sturdy truck, easy to assemble, some parts already assembled. Grandson enjoys using the drill but isn’t very good at using it on the truck. He likes to put it in his mouth and on his tummy. He doesn’t yet understand that you have to set the on off switch to determine which way the drill head spins (to tighten and undo the screws). You can actually tighten and unscrew by hand, good if you lose the drill, but unfortunately this means that the screws undo on their own. I took it to my moms for him to play with and put it in the boot of the car, when I got there all the screws had come undone and were rolling around the boot. He prefers to just use the truck as a truck and not bothered about being able to take apart, but at least it gets played with.

Bought this for my vehicle mad, 20 month old grandson. He immediately recognised the lorry on the packaging as a lorry and grab and quickly became involved building it with his daddy. Once shown he was able to locate and operate the drill. Daddy's role was to hold the pieces and change the drill bits. My grandson loves playing with the lorry now built, the construction is an added bonus which he will enjoy independently as his skill increases. He absolutely loves the drill and is fixing and drilling everything. Very happy little boy, loved watching his excitement as he unpacked and built it. My daughter says it holds his attention really well so excellent play value.

My 3yr old son loves taking things apart and putting things back together again and so this perfectly fits the bill! At first he needed quite a bit of help knowing how to put it back together again (there are quite a lot of bits!) but he's quickly got to grips with it and loves that there are interchangeable drill bits. Some of the nuts sometimes get a bit stuck and need to be finger loosened but it's a fantastic well made toy in general and we're very pleased with it.

Please check info, Amazon states 18mth+ but box says 3yrs+.Also says batteries for drill included but not included hence only given 3stars. For sale price paid was good value money and will be great for 3yrs+ but cannot give as gift for soon to be 2yr old.

Perfect for young kids

I bought this for my son for Christmas when he was 2. He loved the drill and we had to help him put the screws in and then he'd push the drill onto the screw. As he's getting older he's doing more of the building himself and it's so nice to have a toy that continues to grow with him.He still loves it six months down the line.Would recommend for anyone's kid who loves building things!

Fantastic take apart toy. My grandson loves it and builds and takes it apart frequently. The quality is better than I was expecting the different drill bits just add to the fun

Absolutely fantastic. Bought the crane for my 22 month old daughter and she bloody loves it! She's now learnt how to take it all apart and put it back together in the matter of a month. We've now asked family to buy her the other sets for her bday. Truly is a great toy that is brilliant for their development. I know it says from age 3. But with adult supervision she's been fine.
