I mix my GF cereals to get various textures and nutrients -- all GF. Unfortunately, it seems that the bulk of GF cereal is sweetened or flavored. I add this to give a firm texture that holds up with milk and to dilute the sweetness / flavorings of other cereals.

I love this cereal. It stays crunchy for a long time. I put sliced apples in it sweeten it’s delicious.

Kind of expensive but it’s soooo good.

This cereal is fantastic. So clean and so delicious. My kids love it and I love that I can give it to them without feeling like I’m feeding them junk. I also think it is so wonderful the company donates so much money to cancer research. In a world where there’s lots of junk and greed, this company is selling a healthy product and giving away profits. We subscribe and save and get it delivered every month and we just love it!

This cereal is a staple in our family because it is grain free and lectin free. Good texture. Pretty plain, of course. Sometimes I add yaccon root syrup or use vanilla flavored "milk" (usually a marine collagen shake).
