Yes!! Almost all features have worked for me without a subscription.

It should work worldwide. Premium is usually free for 6 months when you buy a new watch or tracker. After that it's like $10 a month or you can buy it a year at a time.

It wasn't the sense. It was seller. They did however reimburse me. I needed watch to do dexcom. Sense wouldn't. Sense 2 works great.
