I haven't noticed any effects from taking this yet - not quite sure what it is doing, but I will persevere for a while longer to see if I notice any discernible difference.

Not vegetarian or vegan, despite use of vegetarian CLA source
Searching for vegetarian CLA on Amazon, I was directed to this product and happy to see all the ingredients listed on the website as vegetarian. Upon receiving the product, I've found that there is gelatine in the capsule, rendering the product useless to me personally. This is disappointing and the item is now going back to Amazon.
