I researched on various migraine help sites whether there was a herbal remedy to help prevent my migraines, I didn’t want to takes lots of different capsules so this was a good find to have them all in one. Only been using for two weeks so a bit early to comment on effectiveness but if you suffer from severe migraines like me if might be worth a try. Migraine free since I started taking them.

Bought for my husband who has been suffering recently and for the first time in his life of migraine a month ago, and so far no more episodes!

Tried but did not help

I have used a number of riboflavin vitamin b2 supplements to help with chronic migrain. Some seem to work well, some do nothing and some seem to make me feel a bit I’ll. these fall into the last category making me question the contents. Does highlight the issue of unknown ingredients and authenticity when it comes to vitamins and supplements
