Does what it says on the tub. Great mixed in with protein shake and milk, but like all other creatine it does not mix well with water alone but drinkable.

A bit gritty but a good product mixes ok
Mixing with water but it can leave a slight gritty bits at the bottom if left to rest ( I sip it throughout my training and does help with the energy)
