I wish I knew about rotary cutters years a go. I have been using fiskars scissors for over 15 years now and they are best for all my sowing projects so naturally when I heard of rotary cutters I wanted the brand that I already trust. I was right Fiskars Rotary Cutter is amazing and the blade is so SHARP!!! It has made my life so easy. Definitely worth the money. I recommend watching some videos on YouTube how to use your rotary cutter. I sure did as there isnot much instruction on the box.

I bought this as a spare, but the one that came with the fiskars cutter is still sharp as a razor!

I have RSI in my hands and wrists and the angled head is great. Cutting fabric no longer hurts my wrist and the thick handle is comfortable.The blade guard does require too much force to lock and unlock the blade, even when you loosen the screw. For me though, the pivot angle is worth the extra hassle.I wouldn't recommend this for people with thumb issues as unlocking the blade could be dangerous.

Good quality and value for money. Lightweight, blades easy to change and built-in blade guard. You need to practice using this to improve your accuracy, there's definitely a knack to using them. Once you have it you'll be well away. I've got a smaller one for tight corners and curves. Need to change blades regularly, as soon as they dull its harder to use. Well worth the money.

This tool is so happy! Every time I take it out and use it, I smile. It fits nicely in my hand, the colours are lovely, and it cuts through moleskine notebooks easily (the main reason I bought it). Great stuff, I'll check Fiskars for tools again in the future.

Easy & feels safe to use. Plus I like the design

A good rotary blade should be able to get through 8 layers of cotton quilting fabric. When mine was struggling with 4, I finally replaced it. Wish I had done this sooner!Titanium is sharper and lasts longer, so if you intend to keep using your rotary cutter for any length of time, it's a good investment. Nothing is more annoying than having to go over partially cut fabric again!

Oh my, I wish I had bought this done ago, it has made cutting fabric so much easier for me, I have advanced Osteoarthritis in my thumb joints from being a physiotherapist and am in great pain most of the time so any thing I do hurts, scissors are a no go now for me now even a normal rotary cutter hurts my hands but this rotary cutter has given me a new chance to carry on with my quilting projects, and prevent me from descending into madness from bordem as I am now unable to work anymore, It is because of the angled handle, because of the side angle you hold it with more of the Palm of your hand which takes the pressure of your thumb joints, excellent for left or right handed use. Highly recommend this product.

I love the fact I can position it to fit my needs without hurting my wrist.
