I ordered 5 packets, all of them are defective. The powder is brownish and tastes very bad. Moreover, there is no return or exchange policy. How is someone going to predict the colour and quality by looking at the packet?

packaging is neat and the powder looks fresh. Just started using it, so can't say about results yet, but it mixes well in warm water. Taste is mild and not too bitter. Hoping it helps with detox and weight goals

I don’t know what this awful concoction is, but it’s Not green coffee. I’ve been drinking green coffee first thing in the morning for the past 8 years, I’ve tried various brands, consistencies and tastes, but this fine powder is nothing like any of those. Trust me I’m open to trying and adapting to different and new experiences as long as they’re within the range of green coffee. And this is nothing like it! It’s a brown stinky liquid that your gut simply rejects. Don’t buy, save your money and sanity.
