Very very dissatisfied! To start off some of the packing got destroyed because the delivery company refused to take it up the stairs saying it was too cold which makes no sense we live in Scotland it's always cold! About the product it's Nothing like on the picture the mattress is so poor quality it's a sponge of 5ft nothing like on the picture!! Very disappointed we slept on a blow up mattress waiting for this bed for two weeks and we received it half open and poor quality. It looks nothing like advertised I can express my disappointment enough!! Not worth the wait or the money spent!! I added pictures of the mattress so you can see for yourself why I'm so upset with this bed!!

I take back all I said I have had the bed 2 weeks now and have had to put it back together 3 times. The cheap plastic slats are not designed for some one of an 18 stone build and gives way constantly.I have screwed pushed pulled as tight as is humanly possible but still go through the bed.

Excellent product and easy to put together

Disgusted with the quality of this bed and mattress. Described as a memory mattress - what a joke that is! Firstly the wrong colour arrived and a torn bed base with staples coming off the drawer! Tore my hand to shreds. Very poor quality, cheaply made.I feel the springs through the mattress and I hurt all over every day after sleeping on it. Will have to buy a decent bed and mattress now. Going to contact Trading Standards for misselling. One needs to be drunk to sleep on it! DO NOT BUY!
