Bought this as I’d already bought this companies B12 which was excellent. This has made me feel less fatigue, generally healthier and relieved my back ache. Went on holiday and didn’t take for 2 weeks, could really tell the difference when I got back and started taking it again!! Would highly recommend trying this and the B12.

When I first bought this product I couldn't stand the taste and was seriously doubting my choice in spending so much money on it. But because of the money spent I decided to persevere. I took about half of the spoon provided, mixed with hot water, a bit of coconut oil (because I read taking it with oil helps absorption) and a bit of honey to taste. It tasted like the soot collected from a bbq - disgusting!! Now after a couple of months taking it pretty much everyday, i dont mind the taste so much. I think it helps my energy, but to be honest im always busy and tired so i could do with all the help i can get, and i doubt anything could make me feel 100%. What i have noticed is since ive taken this I haven't caught any bugs or illnesses, not even a sore throat, which is pretty amazing for me because at the beginning of the year I was catching everything going, I even had the flu so my immune system felt non existent. Because of this I have decided to buy more as I feel I kind of need it now just for my immune system. I am nearly at the end of the powdered shilajit. This time I am going to buy the resin and see if that is any better. Will let you know. An important point.... I have used fulvic acid before and you need to take that with filtered water. Something to do with the chloride reacting badly with fulvic acid and it becomes toxic. There is fulvic acid in shilajit, so I only drink it with filtered water from my water filter - and if you have drinks before or after taking it (like tea, coffee, juice) they should really be filtered too.

What an amazing product ! Just like thick tar, but with all these wonderful properties. So good for you, and as you use it in one quarter of a pea size, this small pot will last for ages. Good value for an investment in your health. And rather mysterious in how it gets made - worth doing a bit of research on.

Shilajit and Ashiwhganda are a good combination that elevates mood and keeps me productive and enthusiastic at work, getting compliments from my supervisor (and being a bloody annoyance to my workmates). Will try other shilajit products, but looking like I will come back to this one. Good buy.

I've taken both ashwaganda and shilajit in the past for nervous system support, sleep and dealing with high stress levels. These capsules are so much easier than taking the shilajit in paste form, so it just means I'm actually taking them regularly rather than skipping doses. I've always found ashwaganda supportive, and this combination is really helping me. I've looked into the company and seen their lab reports for the purity of their shilajit - they're really knowledgeable and happy to give further information.

I have been taking diligently as prescribed - two tablets every morning, first thing, on an empty stomach, with water. It is now day 4. I haven't no iced any change or improvement in energy to before. Am I doing something wrong? The product I have is Nature Provides' Shilajit Plus with Ashwagandha. Please assist.
