While I liked the fabric and fit, (except the pouch), which needs to be deeper to accommodate the well endowed like me. My Willy head protruded out of the cutout.

For starters these things hold my boys like a mother cradles her baby. And you don't get those open vent shafts on each side of my balls like some do. Super breathable. Keep snug all day. Kudos to the maker. Soft, airy, and light weight. Your boys will be delighted
