These are so cute! But be careful - you cannot dishwash (on a regular basis - once or twice is okay). Plus the ceramic handles are somewhat fragile (it's ceramic!), so these cannot be stored with stainless steel utensils etc.

2 hours of painstakingly trying to remove the label and this is how it looks ots a complete mess. Such carelessness should have been so easy to avoid.

I love using these every day to stir my coffee. LOVE. The handle is a great length and so comfortable, and they’re pretty. I am surprised the spoon part is a bit flat, it is not fully concave like a normal spoon. I’ve been putting these in the dishwasher without issue. The flower detail is not as vivid as I had hoped but it could be due to the small size.

Well, if you got the tea-cup with saucer set from Portmeirion, this is almost a must have for any regular tea-drinker. And even you do not have that set, it still provides one with a pretty set of tea-spoons. Just as the product picture shows, one receives a set of six tea-spoons. All packaged in a pretty reusable card-board box. The spoons are originally all stored and attached on a thin card-board insert, held fast with a silver expandable string. If you intend to use this set regularly, re-inserting the spoons may be just too much of a hassle. I havn't done so yet my self, but I think I will place some foam pad into the box, the insert comming out easily. The box is just too pretty (and quite sturdy) to just toss out. As for the spoon(s) be aware ... as I suspected it would be just seeing the picture, the spoon is top heavy due to the ceramic handle, and so can flip up and off the dish (any dish) if you do not place it carefully. They do actally go very well with the Portmeirion tea-cup set, as their saucers are fairly deep and wide, allowing enough room to place this spoon. The floral design on each spoon is unique, and which you may find repeated on other Portmeirion Botanic Garden dishes, though I noted that they did not match totally my tea-cup set from Portmeirion. Other than that, it is a fairly long spoon with a total length of exactly 6 inches (a bit over 15cm), the handle being 2.25" (6cm) long. Note: I also received the Pastry Fork Set of 6 ( Portmeirion Botanic Garden Pastry Forks, Set of 6 ), in packaging, design and length identical to the spoon set. And one other remark since so many reviewers of Portmeirion dishes have asked: This set does have a label 'Made in China' - though I do not see this as being in any way detrimental (China, despite its reputation can and does produce quality merchandise).
