Does this contain the same amount of caffeine as a shot of espresso? Or is it just espresso flavor?

When coffee beans are roasted they pop somewhat like popcorn, not once but twice. The first time they pop because they are releasing the fruits juice and the second time it pops as the natural oils work their way to the surface. Some people mistakenly feel that the caffeine has burnt off during this roasting process but actually this is a misnomer. The reason most people feel that they are getting less caffeine with a dark roast coffee is because dark roast has fully popped twice and if you are measuring with a scoop then you are getting fewer but larger fully expanded beans per scoop. To correct your amount of caffeine per cup you should weigh your coffee instead of using a scoop method. If you look on a grocery store shelf at different bags Of coffee you will see for yourself that a bag of dark roast is a lot fuller than a bag of light roast, This is because the light roast has not fully popped twice so you will get more (because they are smaller) beans in a scoop. More beans translate to more caffeine. The average weight should be 18 g of coffee per cup

Is this 100% coffee ? Good for keto diets ?

If you are into keto diets, this is fine. As with brewed coffee, there are only trace amounts of sugar in the powder (from the beans and those produced during the roasting process). There will also be only trace amounts of protein/amino acids, as these are largely destroyed during roasting. Most of the powder is miscellaneous organic compounds formed during roasting and then extracted during brewing.
