Bunny Business Hutch Cover for Double Decker Hutch, 41-inch

Good little hutch for the price although the top left door had a crack in the wood on delivery. Not had the time to inform them of this though.We bought the hutch with the cover and the covers door openings on the bottom level do not line up with the actual door openings. This is very frustrating when carrying out quick daily cleans as you cannot open the bottom left hand door fully and it’s necessary to take the cover off as you would when doing a full clean.

This hutch cover is great, the reason for 4 stars is that the liftable panels could have done with more secure fixing along the bottom edge for when they are closed. The tiny bit of velcro isn't enough to stop the wind making the whole cover billow. But I've fixed this by adding more velcro. I do live in a very windy place so this was an issue. However hopefully it will allow me to keep my guinea pigs outside for much more of the winter, especially as I have a roll of space blanket ready to be made into a layer under the cover once nights get colder (my guinea hutch is slightly smaller than the rabbit hutch which the cover is designed for so there's plenty of room for insulation). It's good to be able to open different panels depending on the weather, and the piggies can lie behind the clear cover in the top level and soak up the sun which mine enjoy. I open one of the bottom panels and open the lower door so that they have access to their run during the day, but they can still be cosy behind the closed panels and see out if they want to. Very good value for money, much cheaper than other versions I've seen, and apart from the rather inadequate velcro - it does the job perfectly.

Very happy with this purchase. Sturdy material. All zippers match the doors of the hutch. Velcro where needed. Big cut at the back with Velcro for easy instalment. Nice product. Happy bunnies.

I was unsure about purchasing this cover at first but decided to go ahead at the same time as ordering the hutch, I bought my sons their guniea pigs on Saturday and from the moment we came home with them it has been severe rain and gale force winds ! all I can say is that the cover has been fantastic. We have no indoor space for the guinea pigs so they had to go straight out, this cover although snug as some people have stated has been brilliant, great quality easy access for different sections of the hutch and most of all has kept the hutch completley dry inside and has withstood the gales..I was thankful it was a snug fit otherwise I think the hutch may have blown over if the wind could get inside, you do need to be patient taking it off completely but it does fit, I find it easiest to open all velcro sections at the back then ease one end of at a time. I had been so worried about the guinea pigs but with this cover I had no need to be, its certainly been tested to the max the last couple of days and the guinea pigs have remained safe, dry and warm...I would definatley reccommend this product with this hutch.

If you have the Bunny Business cage that matches this design then what you get is a reasonable quality cover that fits very well, I found the installation very simple and the quality of this is not bad.Time will tell how long it lasts, I suspects the divide between top and bottom will fail at some point....and the velcro but for now, my Guinea pigs are protected from the rain and wind so job done.Previous efforts of cheap roof felt and tarp were useless and not worth bothering with, a proper cover is where it's at.Jamie

Had a few of these covers over the years. They're good quality and do the job well. They last about 2-3 years before the plastic fronts go hard and the velcro stops working.

Got this cover to fit the 2 tier rabbit & guinea pig hutch (RH06). It's a pretty good fit, a little tight to fit over the top of the hutch but snug once fitted. Only down fall is that it's not long enough to allow the hutch doors to open properly where the zipped windows are. This means that the bottom of the cover is just at the right height for the rabbits to chew through the front of the cage! Great idea to keep the wind and rain off the rabbits whilst still getting daylight. Good product, take care to measure the hutch correctly, and use the size guide on the product details.

When I first bought this product, it was good quality,and went right to the ground, stopping the wind getting underneath. This one doesn't go all the way down and is not of the same quality.
