I bought this baster because I was having to buy a new one every year for thanksgiving. The plastic ones would crack on me and wouldn’t hold liquid in. This baster was awesome! It’s sturdy and it sucks up the liquid and keeps it in until you squeeze the bulb. Makes basting so much easier and safer as well.

I've been looking for a baster that would hold up to heat for a while now (having gone through at least 3 in 6 months including the "heat resistance" ones and no I was not using on anything other than regular turkey/chicken juice) type liquid I am soooooo happy to finally find this. It works beautifully.

Works great. Pulls out grease during cooking. No worries about melting plastic or cheaper materials.

I was hoping it would be a bit bigger, suitable for large commercial type use..For the price I was expecting a large capacity heavy duty commercial baster. . .But I guess I have to go to a restaurant supply distributor for commercial gradekitchen equipment which is a shame there is a demand for that these days thatyou just can not get from big box store anymore ........

The needle did not work. The bulb fell off immediately after I started using it. I put it back on but it will not stay still.

It was sooo great having a turkey baster that didn't MELT when we tried to suction the drippings out the make gravy. Should have bought one years ago. Totally recommend.

Bought this to get hot bacon grease out of a griddle trap and it works great. It does get hot, but the high temp silicone does not melt.

It doesn't suck up the juice very good.
