PRO for Tilt Head Stand Mixers (For Tilt-Head Mixers, Violet)

I like the thought of being able to clean off the whisk to the KitchenAid, which always seems to collect lot of gradients. However, the cleaner was very difficult to get onto the whisk as you have to line up the wires, exactly, stand on its head, and hope, the wires go in the right place the first time. It took me far too long to get the cleaner on the beaters. I'm not looking forward to having to take it off and put it on again. The concept is good and well, but assembling it is very difficult. Arthritic fingers be warned it's not for you. After vendor saw my review I was contacted and they offered to send me another one as I had returned it. I thought that was very fair and agreed to try again after sending a photo of the KitchenAid I own. Not only did he send me another whisk wiper with instructions, they also sent me a brand new whisk for my KitchenAid and I discovered the original must have arrived bent and out of shape. It was fairly easy to put the whisper on the whisk they supplied and I was stunned to receive such excellent customer service and care. This is really a terrific little useful gadget that I will get a lot of use from and pleasure. I am simply overwhelmed by the quality of the service of this company that obviously cares a lot about its product. Buy it!

I have just tried this gadget earlier this morning when making a cake and I LOVE it!!! I did not watch a video - didn't even know there was one to watch! I actually had it in my cart for quite a while and when there was a coupon offered, I grabbed it. I did think the initial price was a bit high, but getting the discount made me want to buy it and I'm glad I did. It took me a little while to figure out how to put it onto my Kitchenaid whisk, but I finally figured it out. I suppose the video was there to show me how? If you line up the prongs on the whisk correctly, it slides right over the top and it also keeps the batter in the bowl nicely. I read through other reviews and their comments on it not working, but I'm fairly certain they didn't take the time to line things up properly and that's why they had issues. Anyway, I'm very happy with this product!!

This wiper works exactly as the manufacturer says it will. I saw a lot of negative reviews about it and after installing it the first time, I know why. This device does the job as intended on a proper whisk attachment with no deformities. The first few times I installed it, I quickly learned that all the years of use and improper storage had bent a few of the tines out of whack. Amazingly enough, the wiper actually helped to get my whisk back into shape. Not only was it worth the money it also made use of itself much easier after all. A good buy!

I use my mixer once a week and although this product sounded like it would be a great addition to my kitchen aid mixer; I can not get it on the whisk attachment. I even had my son try. It gets stuck about 1/4 of the way down. I bought another one for my daughter's Christmas stocking, but I will be returning both. I was really looking forward to using this especially when making frostings.

Does not fit my Kitchen Aid Stand mixer whisk. I will be returning. Update: after returning the product, the company reached out to me. They offered to send me a brand new whisk. They suggested that my whisk may be out of shape or not lined up correctly. I was impressed that they were willing to go to such a length to make my purchase work. Great customer service. Originally, I gave the product three stars but I am changing to 4 because of the customer service.

I have used it twice already in three days. Works wonderfully and is sturdy. I do have a genuine Kitchenaid whisk and tilt-head mixer. I recommended it to my daughter. You do have to line it up with the whisk wires as instructed or it will not slide on.

It is hard to get on and off. Once it gets a little wear it may work.

My wife says she loves it! I love it too! For me, it’s easier to lick that excess topping if you can get to before she shakes it all in the bowl to use!!!!
