Great outdoor mug
After many years of trying mugs made from tin, titanium, big chunky insulated mugs, wooden kuskas, silicon foldable mugs, I have finally found a mug that is, comfy to hold when full of hot liquid, doesnβt cool down to quickly, can be sealed so it wonβt soil and is comfortable to drink from with the lid on or off! I liked it so much I bought one for each of the family!

This what it says on the tin!?
Yes It is a camping mug. it is exactly as described and there is nothing wrong with it. I like the idea it is a measuring as well as drinking mug. I do not know yet if the insulation sleeve is any good. but it looks OK. My only negative is the price I paid (Β£ 17 + post) it is not that special that it merits this price. Given other products out there I would say Β£ 10 is as much as it is worth.

Best lightweight mug I've had
Should be 5 stars, but I only bought it as I was unable to track down/obtain a spare sealing ring for my older version, so a wee fail from GSI in the replacement parts category. I've had the older version of the infinity for about 2 years, best hiking/wild camping mug I've ever had, lightweight, cheap as chips, easily cleaned and takes a decent beating (as long as you put the ring seal somewhere safe when cleaning it...). It's not a thermal mug, but it does keep your brew piping hot for a lot longer (easily 20/30mins) than a TI mug or normal cup, I tend to have a brew on the go when breaking camp and can continue drinking it after the start of the days walk, I often have to take the lid off just to let it cool down a bit. It's got quite a large capacity, 1 1/2 sachets of cup a soup works perfectly. This version seems heavier than the old one, my old one weighs in at 99g, the new one was 106g , not a deal breaker for me though. All in a great mug, I'm actually debating on getting a couple more for a rainy day. Side point - I got it cheaper on Amazon with free postage from the US than I could find it in the UK, crazy.

Great lid, I use this mug lots.
I have one already & this is a second one for who ever walks or camps with me. I use for drinks, breakfast cereal, soup ... The lid is secure, spout good, fabric handle folds for stowing away. I'm taking in my carry on bag in a couple of weeks for coffee on my next easyJet flight. I alternate between this mug and my stainless steel GSI mug. But advantages of the plastic mug are the temperature is cooler for holding, drinking out of ... & of course the lid for no spills.

Lightweight.
I bought this mug becuase it's very light and insulates the liquid inside. Great for long distance hikes.

Fits the bill
I bought this mug for a camping trip. And it fulfilled its purpose amazingly well..Its a massive cup.. fits near enough a 500ml within.Pros-keeps contents hot for up to 2 hours.-large size ( if you remove the outer insulation the mug fits perfectly in to a jet boil flash )Cons-the handle is pointless bar attaching it to a clip.-expensive

Keeps drinks hot
Love this mug. Keeps my tea hot from start to finish. The handle is robust and easy to hold. Bought for camping but like it so much I have been using it at work.
