I am very pleased with this item, contrary to all the other reviews I do not think it is of poor quality. What do these people want for £24, solid oak and fully assembled? It took me 20 minutes to assemble including unpacking the contents of the carton (I timed myself). The PICTURE instructions were very straight forward to anyone with any practicle knowhow and the assembly was very easy, (yes I did have to use a little persuasion to align the screws with the holes but it was minimal). The whole assembly is tight and stands solid on the floor. The overall effect is that it is of good quality and my wife and I are very pleased with the stand. I fully recommend this item (to anyone with a very basic knowledge of self assembling of furniture.

A bit fiddly, though rather fun to put together. Some of the screw holes were slightly off centre and others were little more than dents. It was difficult to get the screws into these. I managed in the end, though with rather sore fingers. The stand looks good once assembled. As you would expect you have to be careful not to put all the coats on one side or it will tip over, but the swivel action and my natural organisation stops this happening!

Very impressed with the delivery of this item. I placed my order on a Wednesday night and the goods were delivered Saturday morning..The product itself however, I am not overly impressed with.. It is darker in colour than the beech advertised, it is poorly finished.. like an earlier review, I found the screw holes to be misplaced and in some cases non-existent.. I finally managed to finish building it, with lots of fiddling and a few blisters.. looks good once finished, but I am very wary about hanging coats on it as it feels as if it would break..Overall, is it worth the price paid for it? Yes, it is.. is it worth the nearly £50.00 the seller claims it should be? Definitely not..

This coat stand looks lovely and is easy to assemble.However, it is so light weight that it falls over when coats are removed from it and is quite dangerous.This fell to the ground and broke in the first week of use, unfortunately it had passed the window for returning.I would recommend spending more for a sturdier item or attaching weights to the bottom.

Brought two of these. Perfect size and strong. Whilst fixing up all the parts you may thing that this is really weak and can easily be snapped. However once it is all fixed properly, you will see it is strong and long lasting. Holds up heavy cloths too. Also one thing I did not notice when buying this product is that you can spin the hook around so if you want to reach the cloths at the back you could easily just spin the stand. Parcel came 3 days earlier than expected which was great!

Useless instructions but very easy to work out how to assemble it however 2 missing screws so not ideal

The stand arrives in a number of pieces and needs a screwdriver to assemble; it's not difficult and the instructions are clear.I found that it falls over easily - the base is narrow and lacks weight. Several people have been surprised by taking their coat off it, only to see it fall away as the weight changes! I fixed it by adding a metal weight to the bottom, but it should either have a wider base or more weight as standard.

Fenomenal la compra del perchero de roble,el montarlo es tan sencillo que cae por su propio peso,solo mirando la hoja del montaje,por lo demás ya trae unos pequeños agujeros que coinciden perfectamente todos y cada uno de los tornillos,recomendable destornillador eléctrico,me sobró uno de todas formas ,la parte superior tiene un sistema giratorio,muy eficaz para buscar una prenda dándole un pequeño giro hacia cualquiera de los 2 lados,me hubiera gustado un poco mas oscuro para hacerme juego con todo el salón que es de cerezo,pero mas adelante y un día con ganas me pongo y con un barniz de color cerezo lo dejo bordado,la relación calidad-precio está muy acorde con las características del mismo y soporta mucha mas carga de ropa de lo que parece.

Die Form des Ständers ist wirklich schön und sieht sehr edel aus. Nachdem ich ihn mit viel Mühe Weiss gestrichen habe, passt er perfekt in dem Flur. Das zusammen bauen war jedoch nicht so leicht. Die vorgegebenen Löcher haben häufig nicht gepasst, sodass ich Schrauben frei Hand in das Holz drehen musste. Dieses finde ich sehr schade. Nun wackelt er auch leicht und steht nicht so stabil wie er sollte. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten bin ich jedoch sehr zufrieden und für den Preis ist der Ständer definitiv ok.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________Nachtrag zu meiner Rezession: Der Ständer hat leider nicht lange gehalten. Aus dem "Wackeln" wurde ein "Auseinanderfallen"-trotz geringer Belastung. Er kippte oft um, daher haben wir ihn dann doch entsorgt.
