Terry Pratchett's Discworld Colouring Book

Very detailed pictures. Some pictures duplicated and painted in the back of book, perhaps for reference. Good quality paper.

I'm a complete Pratchett fanatic - get completely immersed in Discworld and also love the artwork so when I had news of this, it was straight on pre-order.... It's great - it's good quality paper - most of the iconic figures are there and the outlines have been printed to leave room for a fair amount of artistic licence with the pencils - not just lots of tiny blobs to colour in which I've noticed in some of these colouring books... if you know what i mean.There are some colour samples in the back which give you an idea of what you're aiming at - if you want to be aiming at reproductions.I bought this for "the missus" along with some posh coloured pencils as she seems to have taken to colouring things in - but I may just have a go at this myself!

Such a treat honestly. The character arts are fun and nostalgic, including some quotes as well.

Really good drawings as usual. Can't see me ever colouring it in though. That would just spoil it :)

Larger pictures, with little detail, are hard for me to color. I haven't started the book yet, but I can see when I do, I'm going to have a blast. Paul Kidby, the illustrator, did an amazing job, kudos!Errol is my favorite, just barely edging out Vimes and Nobby.

A great book for adult colouring, interesting and very detailed images, some coloured pages to give you an idea of colours to use! I use Prismacolor Premier coloured pencils, haven’t tried pens or paints so can’t comment on bleeding through, etc. Very enjoyable!

I have three of these now! One for myself, one to share with my young daughter (a budding Pratchett fan!), and one to keep as it is. The book is made from good quality paper, and features some of Paul Kidby's most loved Discworld artwork, excellently rendered into line drawings. We take our shared copy on every holiday, and my daughter asks me to tell her about the stories behind each image we colour in. I'm so glad they made this book, and I'm not at all sure I'll stop at just three!

Could have been packaged a little better for the cost and quality of the book. The drawings are typically Paul, excellent quality, to point it's a shame to colour them in but as a fan of Terry Pratchett's I've got two of these, one to save and one to colour, would recommend the seller for definite. A great gift for any discworld lover in your life.Very pretty pictures, and very intricate patterns to color. Easy buy.

Ganz ganz tolles (Erwachsenen-)Malbuch mit Lieblingscharakteren ... und als Überraschung ganz hinten einige bereits colorierte Werke also "Vorlage" oder einfach nur zum Schmökern. Ich freue mich sehr!! Papier wie bei fast allen Malbüchern eher (nur) buntstiftgeeignet….

Love Discworld and Terry Pratchett, I was so excited when I saw this. It was just as amazing as I hoped. The paper is great and works for markers, watercolors, colored pencils, pastels, you name it. I only wish that the artist edition had the awesome artwork pages that are in the regular coloring book. I ended up buying both coloring books. I also wanted the full size eater of socks.Aside from those small things, the artist edition of the coloring book is worth it, and a Discworld coloring book in either format is the most amazing thing ever. Hands down my favorite coloring book ever.

Really nice layout

Un peu fou, décalé, portrait de famille insolite, j'adore.Imprimé sur un papier épais style "bristol" donc pas besoin de mettre une feuille de papier pour protéger la feuille du dessous,les feuilles ne sont imprimées qu'en verso, enfin un petit dessin figure tout de même au recto, pas nécessairement a colorier, les pages se détachent facilement, style bloc a dessin.J'aime beaucoup donc 5 étoile pour moi.
