Lovely book for 4 year olds

Bought for my niece for her 4th birthday. A lovely book!

Expected stories to last 5 mins, they didn't.Also not many chapters in the book.

Wonderful way to encourage young readers, the stories are short and simple with easy words.

This was received as a gift, we read it before bed and said we could read the whole book. Well that was a terrible idea, my poor girl was so frightened of being alone in her room which usually isn't a problem once she's tired enough.And while I understand wanting to address picky eating etc, all this book seems to be achieving is giving children more things to be worried about. While the quality of the book and the drawings are lovely, this one will not be going back on our shelf.
