Our order of 48 x half pint glasses arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately 5 glasses were broken I contacted the seller and they were exceptionally helpful and sent 5 replacement pieces which arrived the following day. Faultless customer service - wish other suppliers were as good!!
