My friend recommended these to me, she said they taste like caramel dessert from the gu puddings - and she was right!! They are AMAZING. I look forward to runs now simply so I can have this. Doesn’t taste like a gel, literally tastes like gooey caramel.

Really like the tasty, i little bit too sweet but taste amazing the size is perfect, very easy to open which is something very important.

I find these gels give me a reliable hit when needed and quickly. They are very thick, so you need to be ok with that consistency. I take on small amounts at a time.

My favourite for my long run, had the texture of most gels but these are just like am caramel x

Very thick (like treacle) Not really suitable for mid run fuelling. Drink plenty of water afterwards! Especially to take away the taste of this flavour!

Bought for a half marathon, really good flavour, gentle on my stomach and helped get me round 13.1.
