Great value, 1 tablet to 1 litre. Place in the water and wait 30minutes and you’re ready to drink your water.

I would have preferred to receive this item boxed. This item is being forwarded to Ukraine and knowing how people are living in poor conditions often in poor quality light, I felt the need to provide warnings (via translations) so that 1/ it was clear what these are, 2/ it was clear how they should be used and 3/ to ensure they were not mistaken for something else and taken by mouth. The printing on the strips is small and not easy to read. This is a good product and I have used them for weeks at a time when travelling (Mongolia - water taken from a spring). It would just have been better if they came in a clearly Marked box.

10 in each pack I got the 3 lots so I have 30 packs of 10 tablets so I have 300 all together. I got mine for my emergency prep kit - cause you can't be too careful these days with everything going on in the world. They do have an expiry date which I was unaware of as this is the first time purchasing somthing like this but overall good amount for the price and hopefully they do there job if I need them to :)

If anyone has seen any of my other reviews for items like this, you’d probably maybe realise by now that I’m obsessed with the upcoming zombie apocalypse. Maybe obsessed is too big of a word, more like ‘preoccupied’ and I’m building up survival kit. Anyhow, these are more or less the same as what I used in the army and do the job well. Tried them out and they’re fine. All of these kinds of products have an aftertaste, just a case of getting used to it. Anyhow, when I think the times coming, I’ll try to let you all know. Looking at the state of some of the youth around today, I’d say it may already have started....

Left a negative review previously as product never arrived, it did finally turn up , yes they are water purification tablets as ordered as described, just they get to you later than advised, infact Amazon were asking for the review even before they arrived

Was a thought about wild camping and sorry to say about world situation very long expiration date taste not so good but as I said better than being ill one star reduced as my order was 10 tablets short.

When out on long fell-walking days in summer, it sometimes just isn't feasible to carry enough drinking water to keep oneself properly hydrated.I'm already a fan of the Sawyer mini-filter, and of the Lifestraw Go filter - They both come pretty darned close, at 99.9999% - but neither of them claim to remove a full 100% of potentially dangerous water borne organisms.As a general guide, the higher you are on the hills, the less polluted stream water becomes. But - you just never know what might be in the water you are drinking - I've seen too many instances of dead sheep, & faecal matter near streams, and they are only the things that can be seen. What about all the other stuff that can't be seen? - That's where these tablets come in!These things work! - They weigh practically nothing and they take up practically no space in the rucksack. - Yes, you have to wait about half an hour after adding them to suspect water, and yes, they do give a slightly "unusual" taste. (The taste isn't by any means unpleasant, and it isn't very strong. - I wouldn't say that it is particularly reminiscent of chlorine - but nevertheless, that slightly "chemical?" taste can be detected when drinking the treated water).I sometimes carry a small bottle of concentrated blackcurrant fruit drink with me, and decant some of that into each full bottle of treated water. End result - no need to carry great quantities of liquid, the treated water is safe to drink, no "chemical" taste, and blackcurrant flavoured - win-win all round!By all means, use them in conjunction with a proprietary filter system if you are carrying one, - but even on their own, they give you the peace of mind that whatever might have been in the water source you are using, it has been rendered safe for drinking.
