Super easy to fit, just check you have the correct size and if it's male/female. Good price. Decent quality so far, no leaks and saves water. Barely noticeable, works well.

These 18mm Tap Aerators were bought replace the non-aerator type spouts on a hand basin in a bathroom. They appear to be of good quality and weight and were easy to fit. The resulting flow on the cold water tap was reduced and filled with bubbles created by the aerator. We no longer have to worry about the water slashing out of the sink and onto the floor or your feet, plus you are saving in your water usage. The only slight problem is the flow on the hot tap was slowed too much, this is purely down to the fact that our hot water cylinder is down stairs and so the water pressure is lower. That being said, the aerator part of the fitting is removable and so we were still able to have a matching pair of taps. I shall see if I can find another insert with a higher flow per minute, but otherwise I'm more than happy with my purchase. Just make sure you double check on the size and measure the outside edge of the screw thread (on male fitting) to ensure the correct size/fitting.

The plastic aerator on my current kitchen sink tap had disintegrated over the years and consequently when the the tap was turned on water ran down the back of the tap and over the sink. It was a quality product and once I had replaced the tap aerator it was an excellent fit and stopped the backwards flow thereby eliminating all all the excess water collecting on the draining board. I had trouble locating this item but as usual Amazon provided the ideal solution. Delivery timing was also excellent.

We are happy with it for the price. We had to drill out some components from the middle (thread end) as it restricted the flow too much as we have very low pressure. I stopped at a happy medium but wanted more out but didn't want to ruin it completely. One thing to possibly note is that for our tap - not sure if this is the same for others - the aerator was missing an o ring. (It came with a washer at top of thread) which made it leak . Luckily I recovered one off our old one. This fitted in a groove at the bottom of the thread half way down the aerator. Together with the supplied washer made it water tight. Jobs a good 'ne

I searched in vain for a stainless steel version. Had to settle for this brass version, but 18mm fits and woks well.

There are 2 in the seller's image, but only 1 sent. I measured my existing aerator, which is 18mm. This is smaller, and doesn't fit. Will be returned.
