Best Naturals Nattokinase, 2000 FU, 100 Mg, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

The price is good. I’ve been taking these caps for a few months, twice a day. My cardiologist recommended this as I have atrial fibrillations. I’ve had no side effects, and no excessive bleeding. I was worried that I would have bruises all over my body, but no problem at all. I had a blood test, and bled very little afterward. I recommend this product.

I use nattokinase in place of aspirin to thin blood and prevent heart attacks/strokes. I wouldn't be without it. I take two a day, one in the am and one before bed, along with four serrapeptase's (two in the am, two in the pm, on an empty stomach). It has other health benefits as well, especially when combined with serrapeptase. The two together have evened out my irregular heartbeat, helped with aches and pains, and dramatically improved my skin (so soft, finer texture, fewer wrinkles) and hair (thicker).Natto and serrapeptase together are supposed to dissolve plaque in the bloodstream and in the heart, as well as wrinkles and floaters/cataracts. At the risk of being indelicate, let me just say that if you take the two too soon after eating, they dissolve/liquify everything in their path, resulting in explosive diarrhea (perhaps a good remedy for constipation). I'm assuming without the presence of food the substances are absorbed into the blood stream and can work their magic there.As another reviewer mentioned, I stop using the natto 4-5 days before any procedure that may involve bleeding, such as dental work. Several docs on youtube recommend Natto for cardio health so I tried it. I look for natural products especially in my 70s now and minimize pharmacueticals. Recently when researching MK7 I discovered that it occurs naturally in Natto and it is the best form of MK for bone health so its a winner for me.

Best Naturals Nattokinase is an excellent product- I have been taking Nattokinase for many years. I am almost 70 and my blood pressure is Normal! My primary MD Doctor asks me how I do it?...When I try to explain he says: "Ah, Ah, I don't want to know, but whatever you're doing...Keep it up! Your blood pressure is fantastic!" There you have it.
