I purchased this magnesium glycinate supplement trusting the label claims, but my experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. An independent third-party lab test (Trustified) has shown that this product contains almost no magnesium (~0.1%), despite claiming a much higher magnesium content on the label. This is a serious case of false nutrient declaration and misbranding. On opening the capsule, the contents appear to be a fine white powder, which raises further doubts about whether this is actually magnesium glycinate at all. There is no publicly available certificate of analysis or batch-specific lab report from the brand to verify their claims. Supplements are consumed for health reasons, and incorrect labeling can mislead consumers who rely on these nutrients for medical or wellness purposes. I received a refund after raising the issue, but I believe other buyers should be aware and exercise caution. Recommendation: I would strongly advise potential buyers to avoid this product unless the brand provides transparent, third-party lab testing proving the actual magnesium content.
