Pain easing pleasure.
I suffer from collapsed arches of my feet, after many appointments in Bio-mechanics and various attempts at helping my feet with memory foam insoles etc... Basically this is the best thing so far for helping ease off the pain in my feet. I walk about 25km a day and with bad feet its a nightmare as my feet are swollen and sore. With this product I have felt the benefit of using this daily, no more constant pain and aches while relaxing after work. I recommend this to anyone with the same feet problems as me, Great product!

Fantastic for Plantar Fasciitis
I bought this after reading self healing tips for Plantar Fasciitis (Pain in the arch/heel of the foot) I injured myself running in over cushioned running shoes, barefoot/minimalist is the only way to go!, this product has helped so much! it's very painful when you first massage your foot, but it really loosens the tight feeling and after a week or so I noticed a dramatic decrease in pain, would highly recommend this product.

It's Okay
About the size of a golf ball. Hard but easy to use. Apply pressure for deeper massage. Helpful for hand or foot eye co-ordination. Simply packing which is good, the less packaging the better and delivered on time. Good quality.

Feet feel refreshed
Good for plantar fascia massage, feet feel re invigorated after use, wish I'd bought it earlier when I first had plantar fasciitis, it is so much better to use than frozen bottle. I even take it to work to use at lunch time

Brilliant foot massager
Brilliant foot massager. My feet had been aching for a while, almost hurting, after using this every day for about 2 weeks I now have no pains or aches. Excellent cheap and worthwhile and the service was very quick.

Spikes breaking off
I actually bought this a few years ago but did nothing with it however recently I have been using it to strengthen my foot arches. I like the size of the ball and the fact that it is pretty rigid but I am noticing that all the spikes are breaking off really easily which is a shame so I won't be purchasing this brand again.

Oh, my gosh, this thing is AMAZING! It doesn't look like much, honestly. It's a small, dark green, rubber ball that fits in the palm of your hand. (Slightly bigger than a golf ball, but much smaller than a tennis ball.) It's covered in flat rubber "nubs," so it looks a bit odd, like some kind of weird, alien fruit. But don't let its appearance throw you off. This bumpy ball will save your feet from misery! It resembles a dryer ball in many ways, but it's not the same at all. It's softer, more rubbery, and the nubs are flat-topped and short, so they won't hurt your feet. How to use it: Drop the ball on the floor, then (gently) step on it with a bare foot. (Or you can wear socks, if you're modest.) Move your foot, rolling the ball around. Up and down, back and forth, in circles---whatever feels good! It's like getting a foot massage---only better, because you control exactly where you're being rubbed, and you control how hard or light the pressure is. If you have balance issues, sit down before using it. Or lean against something, so you don't fall. Note that your feet may be extra sensitive at first, like how you jump when someone first starts rubbing your feet, especially if they're extra sore. Go gently until your nerves adjust, and then you can press as hard as you like. I haven't tried massaging my back with this ball, although it should work for that, too. For a back massage, my suggestion would be to put two of these inside a very thin sock. (If the sock is thick, you'll lose the benefit of the little nubs.) Knot the end of the sock, then lean against a wall, with the sock resting against the part of your back that needs massaging. Bend your knees and move up and down, rolling it against your back. Press harder if you need more pressure. A physical therapist taught me to do this using two tennis balls inside a sock! It works great for accupressure, as well as reaching muscle spasms or pinched nerves in your back. I'd imagine this product would be even better than tennis balls, since it's smaller and has the rubber nubs. Even if you only use it for your feet, it's a bargain at any price. I can't imagine how I survived without it all my life! Five stars and highly recommended for anyone who does a lot of walking, or who stands all day. Bring one along on your next trip to a theme park, or use it after a long day of shopping! Your feet will thank you.

Awesome for anyone looking to relieve tired, achy feet. I like this ball for the spikes and the rubbery texture allows for it to dig deep into the foot without slipping. It has good grip to the feet whether you use it on a bare foot or with socks. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and it's not fun!!! Anyone else who suffers from this will know what I'm talking about. I use it everyday and it helps keep my feet healthy! People aren't aware but a lot of joint pain (knee, hip, back) are a result of bad feet. I take this with me everywhere I go so if I need some relief after exercising or a hike, it's small enough to have handy. All your weight is beared by your feet so I take care of it with this tiny little wonderful ball! Definitely recommend this for anyone.
