Great flavor and quality
The flavor and quality of this oil is so good that we only use it for salads and dipping or drizzling on avacado toast! We use the grocery store olive oils for cooking. It comes in a UV protected bottle and is packaged for shipping better than anything we’ve ever received. I like that it’s from a single family farm and I can be sure it’s not adulterated with cheaper oils.

TREAT YOURSELF TO THE REAL DEAL
This olive oil is a bit on the pricey side but the value for your dollar is ten-fold. Little Gypsy is a far above the run of the mill olive oils. Because of the cost, we save it for drizzling on our veggies and in salads as well as a home made olive oil ice cream. The flavor is like nothing else that you will find..My Yiayia used to go back to Greece to her family farm for olive oil pressing and bring back gallons of home made olive oil. Yiayia has passed on and that meant no more good olive oil until we found this seller. I would urge anyone to go for it and treat themselves...you will definitely notice the difference of the best quality olive oil that your money can buy.A great treat and indulgence that I can no longer live without! One other thing I'd like to suggest is that if you have a foodie or chef friend, this would make an EXCELLENT gift. I plan on buying several bottles for holiday gifts because foodies will totally appreciate the quality and know the higher cost of this olive oil....

Just what I was looking for
I was reading the bad reviews first, but I decided to give it a try bc I wanted to try a new EVOO, and I was not disappointed at all. Very nutty flavor, fresh pressed, and delicate aroma. I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend it

Must taste good the bottle went quickly BUT...
Tasted clean and kind of “neutral”. I liked it but probably the price point may be a bit high. One definite issue is you should not press the plastic stopper more than halfway in unless you’re Arnold Schwarzenegger. Even just halfway in it’s very difficult to pull out. When I didn’t know any better and had pushed it all the way in the only way to remove It was to wedge a knife in between the lip of the bottle and lever it up sufficiently to remove - and even that took some serious effort. Can’t believe this isn’t an issue that others have not mentioned. Even with the olive oil on the stopper it was very difficult to remove until I started leaving it 2/3 out. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
