Just get it.

I used it on a pistol that was in pretty sad shape. It had some light surface rust. It will remove rust if you work at it. I believe it to be a great value for the money. This is a Quality product that works as advertised and I will buy it again.

This CLP appears to work just fine, as good as any others that I use. I'm not super brand loyal, but have a "Top 3" brands list that I typically purchase from, based on which I can find for the best price when a new supply is needed.CLPs aren't just for long distance hole punchers, though...for years I've used them on knives and squeaky / stubborn door hinges. Just today I squirted a little at the top of my kid's playground swing set; they're back to swinging good as new now! So between other uses AND using it on my several freedom sticks, I tend to go through my CLPs at a decent rate.There is one thing, however, that's weirding me out a little about the company. They advertise "since 1899", and out of curiosity (since I've been in the 2A space for several years and have never heard of them), I wanted to see what I could find about them...must be a reputable company to have been around for 124 years, right? Long story short, unless my online detective skills are just that poor, I can't find anything.Nothing on Qucship, or the domain extension of the support email listed on the box, which I should note is different (it's not "@quicship"). The only thing I could find, through an ICANN search, shows that the domain extension of their support email goes to a private registration -- no company details that I can find -- that was registered just a couple of years ago in May 2021. The address on the box appears, via an online search, to be a residential house, and the phone number on the box, also via an online search, matches a listed phone # on the Contact section of a website that has nothing to do with CLPs.This is just overall odd to me. I was curious about the company history, but came up empty handed (really, considering I did find some things, not necessarily empty handed...more of I now have more questions than answers...) -- something I wasn't expecting from 100+ year old company. Very strange indeed. Someone out there please correct me if I'm wrong, or you're able to find anything about these people.Made in China is on the barcode sticker stuck to the box, which automatically means that while I'll certainly use this until it's gone, I likely won't be repurchasing in the future. All of my regular Top 3 CLPs are MADE IN USA, which means, even if they're a slight premium price, there are too many Made in USA at the least, or Made in USA *AND* Veteran owned / operated at best, CLPs out there, that clean, lubricate, and protect (i.e., "CLP") just as good as this one, to be buying a CLP that is made in China.Although I'm not super brand loyal, I am staunchly loyal to buying Made in USA products whenever it's feasible to do so. Being as I get my Top 3s on sale for not a whole lot more than this one, it's feasible for me to continue buying my regular American mades.That's just me, though. Otherwise, if you're in the market for a CLP that does the job, and price is the only deciding factor, I'd say price out American made first, but if you can't find it for what this is being sold for, then go for it.

I only use the oil for my shotgun and so far it’s been great. My gun gets pretty dirty goose hunting. I’ve had no trouble with shells ejecting, but I was before I bought this oil and cleaner.
