Decent hardware, zero software
The documentation in the package sends folks to websites that no longer exist and going on the web to find them is a chore. Once I finally found software, there was zero documentation on its use and is NOT intuitive enough for a computer nerd to figure out, so good luck if you aren't a nerd. Once I finally got the software to work, I found that a key either was dead completely or would not accept the programming. Either way, it's not working. If they had proper documentation and MUCH better software, I'd bump this to a 3–4-star review. The keys and dials move very well and seem solid - so I'd wager this rockstar hardware item has crap software holding it back. I notice that they have since put more documentation here. That's why this is now a 2-star review.

Make sure you use the USB Cord provided otherwise software might crash
RGB only works when plugged into USB. If not using the correct USB Cable the software crash or say keyboard is not connected and there is no explanation for it.Keyboard itself is awesome.

Save your money
It doesn't work. No manual, no drivers, no links, nothing.Buy something that works.Save your money.Plus: it says it's compatible with Mac. It isn't.Again: Save your money.

Works but with software limitations
As the other reviews here have already mentioned, this isn’t user friendly for the average tech user. The proprietary “software” it comes with is a dead google drive hosted file. What saved this transaction was the programs I use. I do animation and graphic design and luckily the adobe programs I use has built in “hot keys” editor. The hardware itself is fantastic. Has bluetooth and three knobs. DOES NOT HAVE RGB cosmetics like advertised. I was able to program the knobs for view orientation.Summary:I don’t recommend this for the average user.If you’re computer savvy or use Microsoft power toys or any other third party programs for keyboard management, go for it.

A lot of work
The product itself is ok it’s missing rubber feet so it moves around a lot howeverBluetooth goes to sleep after 15 minutesInstructions were incomplete and poorly translated as well as showing incorrect product modelsThe software itself was not included and I had to search the internet and I could not find a dmg file alternative so i had to improvise (Mac issue)Due to missing software I can’t use rgb. And also while in use the keypad doesn’t always do what I expect (probably a software issue on my end But then again they never included one)
