DentaGuard Dog Rawhide Chews, Small

Pros -Made in America!! No Chinese treats/chews for my dog!Solid enough to really clean the plaque off my dogs teeth but not so solid that my Chihuahua's little jaw can't break them down.My dog loves them.Cons -Price, pretty pricey for 8-10 chews.Hard to break in two, even though these are the "Smalls" they are still too big for a petite or 5 lb dog.I'll buy more and I'd love to buy a case for my dog but I couldn't afford it at $1+ a chew.

I have not given this product to my dog yet, but I just have to comment on the ridiculous price. Honestly, I thought when I looked at it to order, it was $11.00 and something, and I remember thinking that was awful pricey for 8 chews.And every time I look it up in Amazon, it is $11.00 and something. Of course it is great that it is made in the US, and not China, but it shouldn't be too expensive for people to afford. Dogs need something to clean their teeth. My vet told me not to give my dogs rawhide. They are dachsunds, very aggressive chewers, so they go through a 4 inch rawhide roll in a day or so. When I quit giving them rawhide, my poor little dog had to have 8 teeth pulled due to tartar and plaque!! I was charged $13.45 for these, and I have two dogs. I can't afford to give my dogs one every day as it suggests. Does anybody have any other suggestions?? Therametric Technologies Inc. of Noblesville, IN, 1-877-333-6388 are the makers. Everybody, give them a call and tell them to make them more affordable. Maybe sell them in bulk so we can afford them!! Thanks!

My yorkie loves these! I don't have to worry about him choking on them like a regular rawhide. Those of us who own smaller dogs have to get treats that the dogs won't choke on or get caught in their throats. I recommend these-and I daresay that his breath smells better too!! Will order again!

Our dog enjoys these each time he has one. I he did not finish them so soon. I was hoping for a longer lasting treat.

I recently purchased some of these for my 3 dogs and they LOVE them! I really like that they're all natural, and I don't have to worry about them choking:) Highly recommend these for your pups!
