It has a thinner more runny consistency than almond or peanut butter and is made entirely from roasted organic Sicilian hazelnuts. nice taste but too thick, and too expensive
This was the first hazelnut butter I tried, and of course anyone who likes hazelnut will enjoy the taste. However, now having tried another brand, this one is far more expensive and its texture isnt as nice. The other brand from the local high street health store is chunkier and not as sticky and thick as this one. This one seems to 'seal' the mouth with its gloopy texture. I wont be buying this again.
