Very easy and clean to use as long as your head is tilted towards the ear at least a bit. I had had a pain in the left ear for a month on and off, so used this to clean it, not much came out, but after the third use spread out over a week the pain is completely gone :). I used it in my right ear - once was ok, but 2nd time it resulted in a sensitive skull just above the ear and a headache. My advice is not to use the strong setting unless you have plenty of wax to protect the delicate inner workings and don't use it at all unless you have a problem. Hopefully I won't have to use it again for years, but the relief was easily worth the cost and although that could have been achieved with an under the ear cup model it would not have been anywhere near as cool.

My husband love this ear irrigation kit. It is so easy to use, no need to read the instructions’ manual (but there for future reference if required). There is no water leakage, no mess; well designed. No more expensive ear syringing appointments. This product pays for itself. Regarding effectiveness, thanks to this wax removal kit, my husband can no longer make excuses he cannot hear me when I ask him to take the bins out!

Used ear drops for about a week before using this and it removed some wax. used drops for another two days and repeated the irrigation which removed the remaining wax. worked well and will recommend it to others. saves time and money getting ears sorted.

I was a little sceptical but reading other reviews I thought I would give it a go. Starting off I put it on a gentle setting as with things like this one would worry, however my concerns were soon over as I went through the other pressures. Even the highest pressure was gentle enough to make cleaning my ears a very pleasant experience. After the very first use I was surprised of the difference not only the rubbish it removed but how my ears felt after cleaning. I am so glad I tried it, future uses will include a mild solution of Hydrogen Peroxide just to help with removal of wax.

So far so good, easy to set up and use. Used it once with no issues or any major debris but was very comfortable to use.

This seemed like a really good idea as our doctors don't ear syringe anymore. The product is good quality but it just doesn't unblock my blocked ears. It is not powerful enough to dislodge the wax. I have used drops for days to soften it but the machine doesn't create enough pressure to wash it out. I hate wasting money and this product was definitely a waste of £40.

Having done my checks regarding this ear cleaner, call it what you like.It sounded quite clever and simple to use.I used it as per instructions and found it to be a waste of my hard earned cash. No it didn’t work as I thought it would.A bit of wax appeared in the ear piece, nothing went into the waste container. (apart from water)The idea sounded good, shame it didn’t deliver.

Works great no need to visit doctors now to get your ears cleaned if you have wax. I had no wax in my ears it was a blocked tube. works just to keep your ears cleaner.
