Do all fours bottles fit in the bag with the cooler?

Yes - the 5/6 oz bottles only, but note that nothing else fits (which, when you have other equipment you must keep clean/refrigerated, it makes this bag a little less useful). I ended up giving this bag to someone else to use for carrying yogurt containers to work and rely on a much larger bag that fits everything.

Does this cooler set include the ice pack and 4 5 oz bottles (as pictured)?

If bought from us they include the bag, cooling element and 4 bottles with caps, ANB BABY

Does this bag fit the 5oz bottles holding the nipple. I mean prepared bottles for the baby?

No. It doesn't. Didn't fit my 5oz medela bottle with nipple and cap.

I will be traveling without my baby for 3 days. Will this be able to hold all the milk bags with just the cooler for around 7 hrs?

Yes. I travel 8-9 hours a day. By the time I get home, the milks are extremely cold. You should be find! Plus the bag pretty much fits in any of my purses

Very pleased with this cooler bag. I used the medela bottles to store my breastmilk as I am exclusively pumping and this bag is amazing for when I am out and about with my baby. I used to either bring breastmilk out with me or when I have to pump on the go and have to store expressed milk until I get home.Used it multiple times already and it stayed cold the whole day.
