Amazing quality. Very little signs of wear. However, single channel 16gb ram.
Amazing quality, very little signs of wear. The charging cable was a good length, but was a little dirty. It did come with touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. It also did have 16gb of ram, however, it was only single channel. I don't mind, but dual channel is preferable. I also noticed that the micro sd card didn't seem to work. I also don't really mind, but it would have been nice to have. Also noted that it did not come with a fingerprint sensor. I did like how it came with a completely fresh install of windows 10 pro, but I did have to install the intel UHD graphics 620 drivers myself. When I first started it up, the graphics felt weird and didn't work right. But after installing the intel 620 drivers, everything starting working perfectly, and the touchscreen is actually quite responsive. I would highly recommend everyone to install the intel UHD 620 graphics drivers if your laptop has a fresh install of windows. This is upgradable to windows 11 which is good to know. Overall, the laptop is in great condition, and it has a pretty decent battery life too. I would have given 4 stars, but at the time, I was able to buy this for $206 ($249/tax). Because of that price, I give this 5 stars. You absolutely cannot beat that price. To sum it up: Great price, not working sd card slot, dirty charging cable, little signs of wear, no intel UHD 620 graphics installed* (had to install manually), single channel 16gb ram 2400mhz, no fingerprint sensor.

Not Quality
The keyboard did not work well at all and no way they could have tested this before sending it out. It also was not very clean. Dust still around the edges of the pc. I would be concerned about it being sanitary.

I purchased this lap top to match my work Dell. It appears to be like new. Great price.

I was able to upgrade it to windows 11, and it works fast.

Garbage... So much for "refurbished"
Anyone who tested this for any length of time would know it was garbage. Worked a total of 3 hours, with multiple blue screens. Now it crashes every time I try to use it.

Don't buy anything from this company.
Do not buy a laptop from this seller. My battery stopped working after 3 months and they told me I was outside the support window. Seriously, terrible customer service and a punitive support policy. My laptop arrived on 6/20 and the battery stopped charging. They advised me to buy a new battery. I just did! Boo on Tekrefurb.
