After a hard defence training session, this cream really helped reduce the bruising and swelling quickly. It worked so quickly and was much better than less strong arnica creams I've bought before. A small tube but goes a long way.

Arnica is the traditional remedy for bruising. I bought it to dispel bruising from cannula insertion. It did work but I found it dried my skin out and I think I would have been better off with a cream instead.

Very little tube for the price and it's really don't feel anything doe's . I don't know .

I use it after fillers and it plays a big part in not bruising the day after as much ..a lot. It also gives a nice calming/soothing feeling so can be used for any kind of bruises

Bruising to foot injury.Did actually feel some comfort after a little while. So have continued applying daily, with general improvement, in comfort, and the bruising has diminished.

excellent product for pain, swelling and bruising. This is also a great alternative to the larger size and easy to travel with. Highly recommend.

I had a grade 2 ankle sprain and nothing was helping with the pain. I tried lidocaine cream & patches, salonpas, hot and cold sprays and even regular arnica gel. I was trying everything for some relief. Once, I used this product, the pain was manageable and I was able to heal faster (the bruising and swelling went away fast) and was able to walk for the first time in 3 weeks. I never really write reviews but this is an amazing product.
