As a female who hadn't assembled a bed base before I found this extremely straightforward. It took me about 2 hours. I am happy with the result. I could not have managed to carry it up the stairs myself as some parts are extremely heavy and I had to have help with this and I am used to carrying quite heavy items. Not sure how long it will last though as unsure of the longevity of the top of the base that holds up the mattress, looks a bit weak for the mid to long term.The slight downside was the fact they had run out of the fabric colour I ordered so I had to choose another colour, There were conflicting e mails sent to me regarding my order and I was given the incorrect delivery date and wasn't aware the order would not be with me the day given until I rang the company for an eta mid morning. So customer service could improve.

Recently ordered this and was slightly concerned that it was going to be too good to be true. Arrived before expected and packaging was all in perfect condition. It's SO easy to put together and looks gorgeous! Only downfall is that on the foot board the velvet material isn't carried round, so when laying in bed it's just a black material and you can see the staples- i'm sure it can be covered if you can buy similar material to the velvet. All in all a beautiful bed for an incredible price!

I genuinely cant put into words how disappointed I am with this. The pics look beautiful and some of the reviews are great but I honestly think I've been sold a different bed. The screws for the feet under the base just spin and in less than two weeks one of the legs has completely come off. None and I mean none of the screws are screwed in to be flush with the fixings, which leaves them sticking out on all kinds of angles. The packaging it came in was poor and ripped. The material looks nice at first glance but the edges are tatty as the material hasn't been stitched properly. The advert stated under mattress storage. I even messaged the seller after buying the bed but before arrival just to confirm it was 100% coming with under mattress storage as this was one of the deciding factors that led me to buying this bed. Unbelievably they replied stating that it did NOT come with under mattress storage. How they can blatantly lie in their product description and deliver a different product to the one described let alone paid for is beyond me. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!

Loving my bed put it together by myself took no more than half hour great value for money now all i meed is an ottoman box to go with it x

I am very pleased with this bed because it is as shown and is easy to put togather. I built it buy my self. It looks great in the room and i love the diamond studs on the head and foot board. I love the price value, i couldn't believe it.. the bed is worth more than the price..am one happy customer. Since i bought it the kids have jumped and played on it but it is still strong untouched. I love it

I was very surprised at the quality of this item managed to assemble by myself no help needed great value for money I would totally recommend.

Very quick delivery, product as advertised, nice sturdy slats not the cheap thin ones, only dislike is the lining on the back of the foot end of the bed would of expected velvet to be seen when sat in bed not black lining, prob won’t be to noticeable when mattress and covers are on, overall great buy
