Received all 4 decks in good condition
I did not have the bad experience of some other commenters. All four decks arrived brand new. There are different sellers who fulfill these orders, mine happened to be fulfilled by BetterShopping4You, so one brownie point for them, I guess. As to the contents, these decks are great for new and established players. There are plenty of great new card designs along with some much needed reprints, all with Lord of the Rings art and flavor. The decks are well-designed, and they should play well against each other and against other preconstructed decks. Of course you can always spend more money to upgrade these decks to be more competitive, but out of the box these are fun and flavorful. If you're a Lord of the Rings fan, the art and flavor are wonderful. If you're not, or you just want to play some Commander, there are countless other preconstructed decks available at lower prices.Currently these decks don't seem to be as easy to get individually. If you can swing the initial investment, there's plenty of demand right now, so you should be able to sell the decks you don't want at cost or even at a small profit with a little legwork. These decks do NOT give you a chance at the one of one ring lottery or any other serialized cards, so don't expect to find those here.

Received 1, forced to return, back in stock told to order again, now price up 20%.
Product itself as I've seen on MTGA is meh. The balance of newer MTG cards is poor, not just due to the power creep, but simply broken cards keep coming up and kill the game, despite interesting new mechanics. The only reason to buy this is for LOTR lore/MTG collaboration and the new visuals. But getting this product has to be the worst experience I've ever had with Amazon, unfortunately I don't have a LGS nearby to get it at MSRP.Even though I pre-ordered back in March and got excited when the product shipped.I only got 1 deck (Riders of Rohan) like so many other reviewers.Instead of sending me the set or even remaining three the first time I asked customer service. When I saw it back in stock, I asked Customer Service on my second chat if they could resend it and was told that I got refund so I could order again. The truth is I haven't got my refund back yet, and now if I want to order again, I have to pay 28% more (209 ->269) ?!What in the world is wrong with you Amazon ?

Very Lucky I Guess
I preordered this set of four maybe in April, can't quite remember. The seller (through Amazon but not Amazon) mailed me a sealed case which had all four decks included. At the time, it stated "1 Collector's Pack" but in the end turned out it was a 2 card preview pack. I knew for the price, it wasn't going to be a Collector's Pack but thought "could be".... I truly feel bad for the other buyers who got only one deck. Hope it works out for you all. Playing through "Riders of Rohan" and "The Hosts of Mordor", there isn't anything that jumps out and says you have to buy this deck right away. Playstyles, like other Commander Deck sets, are different and hold true to the Lord of the Ring story/lore. I can only based it off of the movies and NOT the books from my point of view. Card quality seems to have slightly improved and the inking looks better than Aftermath. The 2-card preview packs were a nice touch but all 4 of my foils had slight vertical roller marks running across them.
