Be carefull
Warning if you eat poppy seeds it comes up as MOP ... My partner has been getting tested for court reasons and it came up positive for MOP which he has not done.. however he had sushi the night before for dinner which contained black poppy seeds. Confirmation from Dr that poppy seeds contain some enzyme that shows up a positive MOP result.
