These were by far the easiest most convenient boba to make. The tapioca was nice and chewy and almost exactly replicates the boba you can get from the bubble tea cafes. However, you need to make a syrup to sweeten the boba or you will end up with flavorless, unsweetened pearls. This is not labeled on the package, so just be aware. You can make simple syrup, use honey or maple syrup or make brown sugar syrup (which tastes most like the one from the store). Hope this helps, very great and easy product overall :)

these are so good for a treat at home. i made a cup with 1:3 boba:water. and it was enough to make 4-5 cups. they don’t come with dust but they crush easily so make sure you sift off any dust you do get. i boiled them for about 30 minutes because after that it gets kinda goopy. rinse off after and soak in the instructed sugar syrup. delicious and i love that the one bag will last me a while!

I purchased this for my granddaughter for Christmas gift as it's something that she loves Boba drinks along with some teas and herbal teas and fruit flavored teas with her her special T I thought this might make a wonderful gift and I'm very happy with the quality of the product of the recipes and directions on the back she's turning 16 in the spring and I thought this is something she would really enjoy
