I have difficulty breathing at night and this contraption solves it easily and efficiently.Perfect fit, comfortable, easy to use and easy to clean.Also works well for me to carry in my bag on the go as I often have problems breathing trying to self regulate if I have an autistic meltdown or panic attack.

Uncomfortable. The product fit as per the instructions provided, but the product was not effective.

Worked for a couple of weeks...then it stopped. My husband says it doesn't work! This is an overpriced gimmick, buyer beware.

I ordered the small. I have a deviated septum, but it was easy to insert and comfortable for about 20 minutes before I started feeling pressure in my left nostril and had to take it out. The increased air flow was surprising. I didn’t realize how restricted my breathing was until I tried this product. I felt an increase of oxygen from 25% to 100%. If I can get use to wearing it for longer periods I will be able to sleep through the night with good air flow.

I was very skeptical about this product, but after using, for several days it is wonderful period it opens your nostrils up instantly. I can see why people would use this when playing. Sports or dogging period it is fantastic for sleeping and it has cut down on snoring period I highly recommend it.
