Almost perfect!
These casters were almost perfect for my project! However the center of each caster was not properly drilled so mine went up and down a bit as they rolled, not much but eccentric just the same. I can ignore this for my project, but be aware of it when designing. Also I welded mine in place and the base plate in plenty thick unlike many I've seen.

I replaced two non-swiviling castors on a Craftsman tool cabinet so all four are now swiviling and locking.May have to drill new holes through metal for mounting on cabinet as I did.

Great metal casters!
Loved these metal casters! I spray painted them black and put them on an entryway table. The metal provided the “look” I was going for. If I had to find a negative it would be that they do not roll quite as smooth as rubber wheels would have. All that being said, I do not plan to roll this table around so, to me, they are perfect. I would definitely buy them again for another project.

The Bees Knees
Was looking for wheels that could easily roll on concrete under substantial weight. These filled the bill nicely. I put them on shelving in my shop. I’ll be buying several more sets now. Good price.

Heavy duty, smooth bearings
These are pretty stout. Definitely well built and boy do they run smooth. I'm building a bench with these on the legs. Will update with pictures when complete.

Worth what they cost. No more pushing and shoving that “too-heavy” piece of equipment around.
These will do the job for me. The locking mechanism seems to be lacking in strength.
