Fantastic outdoor light — solid, well-sealed and easy to fit
I bought this to replace older stainless units that had started to corrode in the coastal weather, and the difference is immediately obvious. The die-cast aluminium body feels strong with a slightly textured finish that looks smart and resists marks. The glass sections are thick and well-sealed, and after a few heavy showers there’s been no sign of water ingress. Good quality for a good price. Installation was straightforward — the light fixes to a solid backplate with supplied screws and wall plugs. The rubber grommet and rear seal give good protection around the cable entry, and it feels properly weather-rated once mounted. I’d be tempted to use four screws instead of two if fitting onto pebble-dash or other uneven walls, just to allow a bit more adjustment. Once fitted, the light gives a clean up-and-down beam using standard LED bulbs. Even in daylight the finish looks quality, and at night it throws a bright, even spread on the wall without glare. I used this as part of a small outdoor lighting upgrade — fitting new exterior lights, adding LED units, and sealing everything properly against the weather. Each piece worked together perfectly for a tidy, reliable finish. Hope this proves to be useful.

Fabulous glowup
Really good value (although you must buy the bulbs seperatly which was disappointing) but can't argue for the price. Looks lovely, need masonry drill though. Lucky I have hubby to do DIY. Really spruce up front entrance. Its nice and bright with energizer GU10 LED bulbs 6500k purchased.

Easy to fit
Great value for money. Easy to fit and wire up. Very effective and brighter than expected with the light reaching the roof. The light is a straight up and down light so don't expect a sideways spread. Note that it doesn't come with bulbs so you have to buy the separately.
